We're not idiots. Sid was screwing us over behind closed doors. There's no way that anyone could have known what was going on and the normal protection of a quorum was gone. He was making decisions without the board of directors and the corporate attorney. I've beat myself up on this but it's pretty simple. Sid felt that the company was still his personal asset. My opinion is that if Van Oliver can carry us over the hurdles, this company is going to be a super fantastic opportunity. We still have a long way to go, but time goes pretty fast and we should know pretty soon. BTW I'm not buying at this time. We don't need Sid anymore. I heard a rumor that we're just negotiating with Ecopetrol direct. Many investors keep asking where the culprit is, but let's hope that he doesn't come back. He has 4 bodyguards that follow him around, as there is a chance that some IDIOT might try to collect a ransom.
