"Trinity Gas shareholders file new plan: New management team awaiting judge's OK; Sers working on Colombian wells" THIS IS A LONG ARTICLE, SO I'LL JUST HIGHLIGHT: "Spencer also said that though the project has been delayed by labor strikes and supply shortages to the rural Caucua Valley region, Sers "still believes wholeheartedly in the project" "We have attempted to communicate on numerous occasions on issues and differences. (Sers has) been noncooperative," Hedke said. Hedke said Trinity USA may have as many as 1,800 shareholders worldwide, with nearly 94 million shares outstanding, most of which are currently restricted from trading. STOP AS I SAID THE ARTICLE IS RATHER LONG/THE ARTICLE WOULD LEAVE SOMEONE TO BELIEVE THAT SID IS STILL DRILLING WHICH NO ONE CAN VERIFY. I WOULD DISCOUNT ANY CONCLUSION THAT MIGHT LEAN TOWARDS THE THOUGHT THAT SID IS STILL DRILLING.
