James: For a company with the first FDA approved excimer laser and a horde of cash (100 million +), it sure doesn't act very well.

I've taken a modest position in the stock and would love to add to my position. However, from the way its been trading I feel something is wrong with the picture.

One of the things that bothers me is that management doesn't do a buyback at these levels. If they don't consider these prices undervalued, then why should anyone else.

I would prefer to keep buying on the way up, especially if there is some positive news coming from the company. It is to everyone's advantage, especially for the company, to get the price up so it can be used as currency in place of cash.

I would caution against betting the ranch on this company until more positive news comes out.
