Henry i live in CA. We had a boom here a few years back were people were buying like it was a fire sale on property and the values were inflated beyond belief. Then we had over built commercial and downturn you could not give space away never mind lease it. We are in the process of overbuilding commercial again tho leases at present are premiim price, prime location wise again. . And if you take equity out, as in selling the old house for a profit and buying a new house with less money down that the cash you took out of the old will actually reduce real estate as a percentage. Thank you never thought of this.
