Hi Baker - What do you think about a buy out by Adaptec since their previous purchase of Symbiosis is now off? A purchase by Adaptec would allow them to obtain state-of-the-art RAID technology on the cheap. Adaptec has the cash and could swing a deal with out paying a large premium.

I believe MYLEX still has a poison pill in place so it must be a friendly merger.
