Brad, I believe we will see a very substantial move into small caps. There is no question small caps have lagged the general markets, I believe this has a lot to do with the substantial amount of money that has been directed into mutual funds. Money, however, always seems to seek out value and I think the smart money may start to move soon followed by the general public later in the fall. It just makes common sense to move money out of 40-50 PE stocks into high growth small caps with PE ratios under 20 and there are a lot of these type of companies. In my 15 years of investing I have never seen such good valuations and opportunities in the small cap sector.

Cheers,

Paul
