Ron, No, that spread is a little big even for ATRO. This weeks price/volume action has been very interesting. Monday: Big volume and price advance - VERY INTERESTING! Tuesday: Not much follow through buying, mild profit taking, minor price collapse - Nothing to worry about! Wednesday: Standoff between buyers and sellers - HUGH spread between bid and asked (MMs do not know who will arrive next, buyers or sellers. Big spread covers their you know what!). I am focusing most on the Monday action. Someone wanted to buy in a rather big way. The Tuesday selloff will be completely erased when the buying starts again. Called the company today, but the CFO was out until Monday. Did learn that the 2nd quarter earnings will be released on July 21th. Plan to call back Monday and ask a couple of questions. The 2nd quarter should have been pretty good for aerospace (strong backlog going into the quarter). If specialty packaging was also strong, we could have a very nice earnings report coming our way. The next couple of weeks could be an interesting period for the stock. I kind of hope we might get another buying opportunity around $12.50. But my guess is that buyers will not let the price get that low again. I love win win situations. If the price pulls back a little, you can buy more shares. If the price advances, your existing position smiles. Best of luck to all! Chris ....
