Since the AGM has always been in June and now will be in August the
only explanation is that there are problems with the deal that need to
be worked out. The obvious problem is the price of MIFGY stock and
the direct effect it has on ISLI stock holders. They are either
working out some other kind of deal that requires more time or
considering killing this deal. Either way there will be no AGM
until this deal is finalized as either completed or terminated which
means we will probably be in limbo for a few more weeks unless the
Arbs get nervous and close out their positions which would put
extreme short term pressure on ISLI.
