MG, I commend you on your philosophy and if I weren't such a cynic I'd be on the team. Unless everyone plays by the rules and listens to ONE person designated head honcho it will never work. You've got to have folks who will crawl thru the mud as well as throw their fists in the air without the fear of backstabbing. In the market you need a team that ain't gonna buckle when the chips are down and you need a team that has a mission - no matter what the consequences. What you need is......
