While I agree with you that good PR is always good. . .

I find that the key element in any campaign is the quality of management. Either the street gets a good impression, or worse, if they don't care for management, in substance or in style, they actually hurt the stock with added exposure.

The buck, or the shekel, stops and starts with the CEO.

I still have memories of the "golly, gee, whiz" attitude of Mr. Morgenstern when he sold stock at $13 way back when. That was in the days when the management still chose to do conference calls. The decision to be quiet with the street was not that of the PR firm; it rests with management.

Don't get me wrong. Comverge IS an opportunity. It takes execution. Let's hope it is done well.
