Raymond Are you asking this question concerning whether or not Jesus said He was God, in order that you might believe, or in order to challenge, tempt, and cast doubt on those those who already believe?
If it is the former, then I am assured that you will in the end believe, that Jesus the Christ is God Himself.
If it is the latter then I believe you have not accomplished what you set out to do.

Dll has also provided you with a most revealing saying of my Lord Jesus. You did not even acknowledge his response.
Do you not understand the scope and magnitude of those words from the mouth of my Lord Jesus? They were the same words used by God to reveal Himself to moses, (Ex.3:14) 'eyheh 'asher 'eyeh!
But this is not yet enough for you? Do you sincerely want to believe that Jesus is God? If you do then please bear with me.
There was also, along with what othere here have shown you, the tempting of Christ by satan in the wilderness; (Mark 1:4) Do you have a problem believing that it was Christ who was tempted?
Christ was tempted of satan to prove His Godship, and equality(that many cannot understand) with God, and even satan knew that, but attempted to defyand tempt Him any way.
satan was there to tempt Jesus, and Jesus could not be so tempted. He held His ground and revealed His perfection. He responded to satan a few mighty words each time satan tempted Him. In one of those temptings, Jesus responded by proclaiming He was God:

6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
If this is not enough for your unbelieving heart, Here is the clincher: Read it and Praise God!...Give Him all the glory and Thank Him for Jesus who died for the sins of the world, even your sins.
Do you believe that only God Himself knows the heart of man? Do you think that anyone can even begin to search the hearts and reins of men, except he be God?
Beside the fact that the OT is a revelation of Jesus Christ . It also shows, all who study it with a sincere heart, the person of God.
The OT which speaks openly and reveals without question who God is.
The OT Leaves no doubt as to the powers of God.
The OT reveals all that is God.
