Yes, but "facts and results" have to be put in context. It was a telling sign for me when the CEO of TAVA was asked right away by the interviewer on CNBC about their post Y2K plans. It indicates that the market doesn't (yet) treat Y2K companies as emerging forces in the IT outsourcing arena. If Y2K stocks go on a run, it will be fueled by emotional investing from the public at large, IMO.

Therefore, I now totally agree with you that unless there are demonstrably new "facts" that need to be disseminated to the public, ALYD should hold off doing a conference call. If they end up doing an acquisition sometime this summer as they hinted at at the shareholders meeting, then then would be a good time for a conference call call.
