Efficient market academics say you cannot pick stocks so why try. OK, but the professors do say that their studies show convincingly that small cap stocks - and low price-to-book stocks - will outperform over time.

Given that, with a market cap of $225 million FSII surely is classified as small if not micro cap, and with a price-to-book of 1.0 it has a p/b ratio one-sixth (yeah, that's right - 1/6th) that of the average company in the S&P 500 (average price to book of 6.5). You would not call this sector a buggy whip sector either, but that is beside the point.

Interesting article on the details below. Maybe I can't pick the right stocks but l can find the small cap low p/b companies using my Zack's screens. :)
