Thanks for dropping in on this thread hooty. ADOT has methodically been putting putting the necessary pieces together in order to launch a new and highly profitable business...TV quality outdoor billboards. You and I could already see these billboards in action IF ADOT had the financing required to bring their technology along faster during the last 24 months. It looks as if ADOT's investment in Biomoda could not only provide the funding necessary to "instantly" put them into BIG TIME billboard production and profits but also fill the ADOT coffers so full their biggest problem will be in effectively utilizing this much money.
