To All: Thanks for the responses. Re Sarroff, I'm basically asking "what is this filing and what does it mean, if anything". Someone (not a Naxof employee) told me that this was part of an exercise of options to purchase common stock which should be read as a positive signal. Thanks in advance for any info. Ken
