has been engaged to provide a sales automation solution for ADP Canada.

** PROFAC has selected TPI for its Embedded Building
Systems Year 2000 project on behalf of the Canadian Broadcasting
Corporation (CBC), PROFAC manages 53 CBC sites across Canada.

** PROFAC has also selected TPI for its Embedded Building Systems

announced today that PROFAC Management Group Limited has
expanded its agreement with TPI to provide Year 2000 Non-IT /
embedded Building Systems services to two additional PROFAC clients.

** Previously PROFAC contracted with TPI to provide an Embedded Building Systems Year 2000 solution on behalf of one of its largest clients, a Canadian federal crown corporation with over 600 facilities.

THE BEMER AGREEMENT:

Transformation Processing Inc. (TPI and OTCBB:TPII) announced today the signing of a Year 2000 contract for Century Scan.

The City of Medicine Hat in Alberta has selected TPI's Century Scan as its Year 2000 scanning service. Medicine Hat will use Century Scan to assess its legacy systems for Year 2000 readiness.

Dale Descoteau, General Manager of the City of Medicine Hat, stated that, "We selected Century Scan based on the successful results of the beta test. We hope that this is the beginning of a long term relationship with TPI to work with the City of Medicine Hat to assist in solving the remaining Year 2000 problems."
