I doubt it. Brosig and the Boss have yet to be stopped by shareholders or fund managers or common prudence. Viz, Stratosphere. There's a sweetener in here for them, I am sure, and that's the glutin that will hold this together. It's a terrible deal for GND shareholders and an unnecessary fig leaf for Hilton's split. If there is any justice in this industry, something I have no faith in, MIR will eat HLT's shorts in Mississippi.
