Dear James, and everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about what we have been discussing on this thread.
The United States is overspending like wild, taxation goes ever upward, we have federal policing bureaus that break down citizens doors, kill them and take their things, and we are discussing the threat of driving on a highway with (maybe) a drunk driver there?Or a neighbor having a noisy party?
And other small parts of the whole.
Once again, the main thrust is do you want to live your life with a regime that can own you and your things and tell you how to live? Do you want to live under force and coercion?
Only the Libertarian Party and Libertarian philosophy shows a road to retreating from the welfare, nanny, big brother is watching you state where you are no longer responsible for yourself but also no longer have any choices in your life.
Continuing with the present two major parties will escalate the "Lost Rights" developments (Anyone read James Bovard lately?).
Yours in freedom,
Freeus
