Thank you for the kind words, but I guess I should have done more analysis before I bought into this (expletives deleted). I am not in favor of stockholder lawsuits in general. I believe that "you pays your money, you takes your chances", but this situation is ridiculous. As the AOL article referenced in post 577 indicates, no one saw this coming, was given any warning, even about facts like the GTE fiasco, even when they had to be available. My only consolation, and it's a small one is *most* of the money I lost today was money I had made on this before the implosion.
Does anyone know more about the alleged insider trading? I saw the numbers posted in this thread earlier, but the total number of shares traded was miniscule, unless I read it wrong. With the exception of the 50,000 shares traded by Green on 6/22, which looks very suspicious, there isn't much there. I would appreciate more information or references, if anyone has them. |
