My problem has been with logging in... but lately also when i'm fortunate enough to get in, and click on, say Portfolio Summary, it takes sometimes from 40 to 60 secs to get me there... I use Netscape 3.0 and have a 28.8 modem which often connects at 26,something!!!
Anybody else experiencing this slowness -- especially in the last couple of days?

E*Trade often blames my provider Netcom... but Netcom says there's nothing wrong on their end????
