Vladimir; I saw AT&T's Armstrong on CNBC & he's saying 2001 for conversion & CEO from @Home is talking 4 years. Seems to me RBOC's have a window of opportunity here if they would move quickly. Didn't @Home have some sort of ADSL announcement the other day? I think most everyone would agree, first in the door is pretty important. Dave
