S-man, lack of availability of K6-300 is NOT because of a poor speed distribution of the chips. All K6-2's run at 300 MHz, most even below the specified voltage (2.1v on my K6-2-266 CPU for example), AMD marks some at 266 MHz for the <$150 market. It seems to me that a few large OEM's have sucked up a 1 month supply (over 1 million) of K6-2-300 and K6-2-333 CPU's.
