Based on the supposition that DF-144 is no longer a Midland product, and its unlikely that it ever will be one, it appears to me that Mark should be putting out feelers in the direction we just spoke of, no?? I do not know what Mark is reviewing other than getting the lawsuits filed and the Liquidating Trust finished. Hopefully he will be done with a lot of the legal stuff this week then he has to get out the filings, etc etc etc. I have been told there are companies talking to them but I believe this DF thing has got to get cleared up first before anyone can do anything. GB
