Paul, re: Intel "tools to support its 70 KNI instructions before end of summer." I read on one of the CPU discussion boards that KNI does not include 70 NEW instructions. The count of 70 includes the original MMX instructions, which means that the KNI extensions are not even as rich as the K6-2 3DNow extensions. Petz
