Hi, thanks for the info. I don't disagree. I am in the imaging business, and I find it hard to believe that this is a declining business - from my prospective storage requirements will keep increasing and access requirements to that storage will keep decreasing for the foreseeable future.

With that simplistic approach I am willing to take the risk, especially now that CPCI is sitting on $6/sh cash. They have shown restrain in pissing away cash .
