All: This is a social thread. After all. Anyone that has read the releases knows there is no actual business, excepting the selling of ideas and stock. I have no beef with that. I only have a problem with labelling.

You will find the same people or many of them on the RMIL thread and several others to a lesser degree.

"Something big happening here"...and the like are not good remarks to be heard by the less functional readers. Some may get the wrong idea when reading the posts. I am willing to discuss each and every of Raabe's and formerly Cayou's "concepts" that they have sold to people.

I am more interested in them anwsering the gritty questions about the business that they wish to acquire and also own. Why acquire a concept. Concepts are not trademarked, copyrighted or held exclusive in any way. If the company has a vision there is no need for the purchasing of newly formed corporations that haven't made it to the actual business level yet. You already have a corporation. Go with an idea and build it. I get suspicious when they have to buy an idea that hasn't been proven. That I call a stock transfer and those that read the releases pay. No one else pays. Nothing is sold and nothing is returned.

I want to see the IRS reports of Planet Sports, Aggression Sports or any proposed purchase. I want to know what they actually did as a business. What money they made. ANY financial transactions other than the receipt of stock for proposed merger with TVSI.

EVEN LEMONADE STAND revenues....any money they made or any money they spent.

My bet is you won't see that if you ask or beg.
