DELL is supposed to earn $ 2.60 for next year. So the forward P/E based on today's close is 36.

Also I fully predict that DELL make around $ 2.70-2.75 for next year, which will further reduce forward PE to 34.

Not too high compared with CSCO and LU, both excellent companies. I don't want to compare with MSFT, since Mr. Softie dominates the market.
