My point was that even if their royalty revenues were 2-4X current levels but they were still using that money to become a "product manufacturer" they would be a poor investment.

These products where folks slap cards together is not unlike the memory module biz. Sales are huge, margins are nil to zero. This type of biz. is best run by large manufacturers who own far east assembly lines etc. etc. This company subs out the boards, provides no real added value at the board level and has to focus on all the mfg.,sales,inventory headaches.

The manafacturing side of the operation is and will be disaster.
In commodity items the margins are too small for SNDK to play in.

Just my opinion, obviuously you disagree.
