Amigos and Amigas....I spoke to IR at ATPX yesterday and learned that the Co. is expecting to begin trading on the Nasdaq National Market next week !!!!!!!!!! I believe that there will be an additional news release to go along with the listing news.

You all know that I've been following this stock for a while. I am very confident that everything is falling into place and we are seeing a great buying opportunity.

ATPX was formed out of a reverse merger with TPG, a private co. with Lunn, a Nasdaq small cap. TPG was a spin off from Brunswick funded by Equus partners. Equus is the largest shareholder of ATPX and many of the Equus individual wish to cash out....for retirement reasons.

Equus Partners are able to sell small amount of shares on a monthly basis. In Nov. they can liquidate their entire holdings if they so choose. Sometime in late summer, early fall, the Co. is going to announce a public offering which will allow Equus an exit strategy, allow new institutions to establish a position and increase the float.

Right now Hoak and Breedlove have a buy rating on ATPX and Furman Selz is expected to initiate coverage in Aug. By the time the dust settles this stock will be selling at least at twice the price it is now trading at. The present PE is barely over 10 while the growth rate is over 50% !!!!!!!!!!!!

ATPX has exceeded earnings estimates for the last 3 quarters. Last quarter by 99%. I am certain that the Nasdaq listing, the new analyst coverage, the anticipated earnings as well as some other developments will fuel this stock.

I would be happy to provide details as to what the developments will be if anyone is interested.
