Although for now I am still a t stockholder, they recently lost me as a customer because they saw fit to increase the price on internet access. They not only lost my ISP business, but my LD business as well.
I have never had any other LD service other than t.( almost 30 years )
For t to survive, they are going to have to be competitive. I am getting LD service cheaper, and my present ISP is cheaper. I was only with t out of loyalty. But, IMHO, they tend to cut off their nose to spite their face.
Although I am far from an insider, I have worked for t as a consultant, hence my loyalty. I have seen ( pre Armstrong ) some hideous abuses in capital spending. As I understand it, Armstrong has really tightened the belt on some of that. Hopefully, it will continue.
Only time will tell whether or not I remain a shareholder.
