TriTeal settles class action suit
CARLSBAD, Calif., June 26 (Reuters) - TriTeal Corp (TEAL - news) on Friday said it has signed a
memorandum of understanding settling its outstanding class action securities suit against the company
for $11.5 million.
Of the total payment, $9.5 million will be paid by the company and $2.0 million by its insurance provider.
Plaintiffs have agreed to dismiss with prejudice all claims against the company, certain current and
former officers and directors, the company said in a statement. |
