To: N. Dixon and D. Carlson Fr: Fred Re: REFR Date: July 1, l998 I was surprise to find information on REFR. I have been in this very disappointing stock since l992. Every time the stock looks like it is going to move it alway back off and then heads south. Bob Sax is a great guy and have put his blood as well as some of his money in the company but still only promises and no follow through.
