To all: PE depends alot on sector/industry and will vary alot according to macroeconic factors, such as inflation and bond rates and dollar strength. One research(O'Shaugnessy) has found price to sales ratio more useful for valuation and buys on the cheap. He was on CNBC this morning and I think he said that cheap mean a ratio of less than .88, but I won't bet the farm on that. David
