Alan. This helps explain why price is where it is!! I'm confused though. A footnote says the convertibles were done on May 21, 1998, but why then are then in the April 30 #'s?? I must be missing something, also there are 2 at $250,000, so how do I get to over $900,000??? I am tired tonite. Must be missing something. Must reread.... Let's see Thomas Kerraghen is a broker/dealer and we did this deal with them and they get more shares if TPI's price stays down when they convert. Do you think Kerraghen knows any MM's.?? No, couldn't be manipulation could it?? I am growing tired.
