make.it.co,

Yeh, I follow DOCs as well, and owned them a couple of years back after their big stumble, but got out when it did not look like they were going to pull off any short term miracles. It has taken them a while to get back on track, and although I am not sure they really are, the improvement in their stock price suggests that some believe they are. They have the new acqs to contend with, and Fulcrum is certainly not IMO as well suited to DOCSF strategy as the acqs made by OTEXF. The outstanding effort by OTEXF mgmt to refocus the company, in a fairly short time, from a web search engine orientation to the present software application market has given me great confidence in mgmt, bearing in mind that if they had maintained their original focus they may well have been a $100 stock by now if compared to XCIT, YHOO, etc. Their ability to manage costs with strong growth has also been excellent. I would take OTEXF over DOCSF any day, which probably means that docs will do better as a stock!! In any event, I cannot explain the sharp drop today on increased volume (which I noticed only after my previous post where I noted small drops on light volume!!).

FWIW,
Jim Lang
