Offie, maybe you can help me with this question. On a BB stock, does someone have to file the appropriate forms with the SEC when purchasing this percentage amount of the company? Been thinking about this for awhile since I read where this person has purchased a large amount of stock. Don't really know how the SEC handles the BB stocks on this matter.

Any opinion you may have about this let me know?
