sb, Again, you are correct, however, I don't believe that there will be any 'downgrades' until the 'other' company can 'prove' they can copy DELL. It is one thing to 'say' we have it copied, and yet totally different to 'prove' that it is copied! I don't think that DELL will be waiting around for the 'copycats' either! I don't know what else could be done, but I'll bet they are looking at every aspect! Regards, Ken
