BigKNY3, It wasn't good timing. It was a limit order to short if and when it hit 120 which I never thought it would. It was only for a measly 200 shares but would have been for 1000 if I didn't have so much $ tied up into Vivus. BigKNY3--you are a smart guy and I value your info and outlooks but I feel that PFE was overdone to the upside and Vivus is over sold to the downside. Pfizer is a good investment and I am sure in the long term future it will do just fine. I think the media over hyped Viagra and this was the reason that Pfizer has multiples well above the industries norms. If the media now tears into Viagra I will be a buyer of Pfizer if its multiple goes under 40--may not get there but if it does I'll buy. Currently the upside potential of VVUS over the next 6 months far out weighs the upside potential of PFE over the next 6 months. I see a real possibility in a 400% gain in VVUS but only about a 15 to 20% gain in PFE at current levels.
