Tiger, just search any Edgar database for ESVS filings. I believe that their most recent 10-Q has the details. You can also get sound bites by searching for news stories on NETZ (old symbol), ZULU, and ESVS.
I'd suggest reading the SEC filing and press releases, rather than this thread, which will give you more fantasy than truth.
You may also be able to get a copy of the private offering memorandum. This should give you all the details you want. (Or at least all that is available.) If you are a "qualified investor", just request one from the company.
I was offered a copy by somebody on this thread, but it never arrived. (If they still want to send it, please do....) This person mentioned that they met with Pattison Hayton, who said that he thought that ESVS was the better investment of the two companies. After reading the offering, and meeting with Hayton, this individual says that they declined to invest in the private offering.
Take that all with a grain of salt, as I can't verify it.
