This possible acquisition has been rumored for several months. It would seem to be a means of getting in position to be a supplier for Airbus, as well as Boeing. If that is the case, PCTH will get business no matter who gets the airplane contracts. This is definitely in line with the company's intermediate-term goals. This will also increase sales to the 100 million plus area.
