Loren,

It seems that day traders and market makers can be the
kiss of death to small BB stocks such as TSIS.
It feels as if with every advance there is more profit taking
as investors look towards the short term 10-20% profit vs. a
consistent long term gain.

At this point TSIS appears to enjoy many stockholders that believe
in the future of this company and hold only to see flat performance
and promise for the future.

I don't know if this is realistic but it would be interesting
if TSIS issued warrants to holders of stock as of August 31st to
be redeemed in 1-2 years at say $2.00 per share. This would be
a way of rewarding the current stock holders, encourage investors to
hold and showing confidence from the company of their future.

Maybe I don't have the details correct but I think you get my
point. Just I fun thought.
