Joe: I believe they started out leasing the facility, and later bought the mill and ore pile, although I think the ground still belongs to Wayne. Yes, I believe the permits were already in place. Not sure, but I'm sure Dennis could find out. Of course, they have vastly changed what they are doing now, from when it was the C&W Mill. But Joe, what difference does this make? Jack and others have said it here before. The only thing that will rescue us from eventual bankruptcy is sustained, profitable production. Jensen's time has run. It is PRODUCE or shut the doors. That is it. No other possibility at this point, IMHO.
