Really being speculative here but what the heck not
much else happening

Would it be reasonable for a perspective IOM buyout candidate
to require that the Nomai issue be settled as a requirement ?

I don't have any expertise in this area but isn't it unusual
that IOM being cash flow negative was able to arrange
the buyout of Nomai. Would a perspective IOM buyer help
arranged the buyout of Nomai ?
Could it be in the best interest of a perspective buyer to
protect the stock price, keeping it above $5.00 ?

There's something about this Nomai issue that seems to
be missing. It could be as simple as elimination of competition
and the acquisition of different Zip film technology but I feel as
some others that Nomai didn't have the capacity to produce
large enough numbers of disks to worry about.

On another subject I get the feeling that Sony doesn't know
which way to go. They are pushing their mini disk while
proclaiming HiFD is on the way and at the same time pushing
a new DVD wannabe standard. While this is happening
IOM steals one of their top execs to be president of Japan
operations ? The same guy that was in charge of the HiFD
project ?

This is going to be interesting to see how this unfolds.

Reseller
