Hi Matty, The current approach appears to be "stop them from using, and if they screw up their lives, give them government treatment..." The approach should be, "let them use whatever they want, but make it abundantly clear that there will be no government treatment programs for the screwups." That puts the liberty and the responsibility both back squarely on the individual, where it should be. Does all of this government interference in the daily lives of the population ever make you statist-types the slightest bit nauseous? FWIW Andy
