Maybe it's tax selling. I haven't been watching OCGT today but as of 3:07 the volume was 156,400 with b-a 1-1.03. Last week it had a dip to .9375 on volume of 287,500. There appears little interest in buying the stock at this level; perhaps buyers think it can be bought lower still.
