I don't get it. Doesn't the price of WCOM already reflect the future merger, making upside potential negligible unless one is in for the very long term? No, I have not followed WCOM or MCIC but it looks like there could be some trouble ahead, at least in Europe and possibly here in the U.S.A., from the following article titled, "U.S. likes EU approach to MCI deal":

Here's a small snippet from this article that points to the problem:
