Kurt You are smart enough to realize that NO jr mining firm gives firm scheduling assumptions to the public regarding exploration/assaying.
Due to the nature of that business, with it's inherent delays and unpredictable nature, no firm wants to hamstring itself in that fashion. When one does, you end up like IPM, with it's famous, chickens coming home to roost fiasco. That is why it is always left somewhat open-ended. Personally I have no problem with that, as it is the nature of the business.
Also, in regards to the PP, unless there is something different about this PP, the norm is that you DO have to file to have the legends removed. I dont think there is anything different about this one, but I am not sure. If you know why this is different, please say so, as I own some of that PP, and will end up filing myself at some point. When you see that one, you can be SURE that is not my intention to sell, as I am very content with my investment at this point.
