Booby Trap: A Florida man has filed suit against a night club claiming he suffered
whiplash when a topless dancer nearly knocked him out with her breasts, the Tampa
Tribune reports. "Apparently she jumped up an slammed her breasts on my head and
just about knocked me out," plaintiff Paul Shimkonis says. "It is like two cement blocks
hit me. I saw stars. I have never been right since." Shimkonis, 38, is seeking more than
15,000 in damages from the Diamond Dolls club. The dancer, Tawny Peaks, was not
named in the suit. Shimkonis and friends visited the bar in September two years ago for
his bachelor party. Because he was the guest of honor, the dancers asked him to sit on
a low chair and close his eyes. Peak danced in front of him, and "without warning or
consent jumped on the plaintiff forcing here very large breasts into his face causing head
to jerk backward. Shimkonis suffered head, neck and other injuries that caused
bodily injury, disability, pain and suffering, disfigurement, mental anguish and loss of
capacity for the enjoyment of life," the suit said. |
