Glenn Perry: I am interested in hearing your thoughts about Western Digital's recent product announcements. Yesterday WDC announced a new line of 3" disk drives for the laptop market and a new line of 3.5" inductive head disk drives for the 4+GB segment. A recent article on Techweb indicated that the demand for servers was so strong that some components were on 'strict allocation' only, particularly disk drives in the 2.0 to 4.0 GB range. Thanks.
