I agree with Diana: RATL has lots of cash on its balance sheet, they do not need external financing now. As for the blank check proposal, I still am negative: If they wanted to install takeover deterrants, fine, they could clearly say so and specifically change either the bylaws or create instruments specifically for this purpose, as other cos. have done. I'd have no trouble to be in favour of these, but blank check gives them too much leeway for all sorts of motives, IMO. Thomas
